COLLABORATIONS

The multidisciplinary and translational nature of the research programs at the Wake Forest Institute for Regenerative Medicine is reflected in the fact that the faculty has ongoing collaborations on a wide variety of projects. Those collaborative projects can be divided into three general categories: Intramural (departments within Wake Forest University, but outside the Institute), Extramural (academic collaborations outside of Wake Forest) and Private, Corporate and Industrial (private foundations, biotechnology, and pharmaceutical companies). Taken together, these activities illustrate a guiding philosophy of the Institute, that is, to form research alliances and identify strategic partners that are critical to the continued growth and success of our research enterprise.
